Education is one of the primary portfolios for the association and its purpose is to ensure that SARA promotes the reward profession through credible and relevant education programmes and developmental support.
SARA received recognition by SAQA as a Professional Body in 2013. With 8 registered professional designations which can be applied for, SARA offers its Professionally Designated Members benefits which include the following:

SARA organises a number of relevant networking events in Johannesburg, Durban and CT which provides opportunities to network with reward professionals to discuss challenges of mutual interest, exchange ideas and learn from each other.
